Bazaar was born from the idea of blending the vibrant energy of an oriental marketplace with the elegance of Mediterranean gastronomy. We created a space where flavours travel across countries, cultures, and traditions — where every visit becomes a small culinary journey.

He also served as a gastronomic ambassador of Ukraine at international diplomatic events connected with the United Nations in Switzerland, representing his country through culture, flavor, and excellence.
